Yes, I am certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), which is a nationally recognized organization.
It depends on the severity of the injury. I recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any exercise program. If cleared, as your personal trainer I can modify your workouts to accommodate your injury.
While having access to a gym can be very beneficial, you are not required to have access to a gym to train with me.
Yes, I do offer in-home training. If my schedule can accommodate it and you are geographically convenient, I can come to your home and train you there.
Yes, I offer online programming and coaching. I have monthly programming options available for online clients.
